• You have to train a new temp. each time - The Timely VA gets up to speed quickly on your business and is available to assist on an ongoing basis.
• Your temp. will require ongoing supervision, an office, a computer, plus more.
• Your temp just wants to 'put in' his/her 8 hours. He/She doesn't want to learn your business or be expected to put your best interests first.
• Your temp. doesn't know your business or how it operates, therefore he/she cannot offer new suggestions, streamline processes, red flag potential problems or catch omissions.
• Your temp. isn't around long enough to build, earn and develop mutual respect as your valued partner.
