Timely VA Fees

• Hourly or Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) – this is a service offered to clients at an hourly rate plus GST. You pay only for productive time and it is charged in fifteen minute increments. Office disbursements such as postage, courier, and long distance will be in addition to this cost. Minor supply costs such as, office supplies (not out of the ordinary) and utilities will be supplied by The Timely VA. Important to note - minimum time requirement is 10 hours per month. This minimum time requirement is a commitment/investment for both the VA and the client. It is this investment that enables both parties to climb the learning curve together while earning mutual trust and respect.

• Last Minute Rush – Assignments or projects requiring a turnaround of less than 24-hours, weekend and/or holiday work will be subject to a supplemental 20% fee.

• GST: Canadian Goods & Services Tax – Canadian goods and services are taxed at a rate of 5% which is then remitted to Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency. The Timely VA’s GST Number is 86364967 RT0001. The Timely VA’s Business Number is available upon request.
